The Delta Nationals

The Delta Nationals play a spectrum of classic American music. They delve into a variety of styles, from vintage country and southern soul to '60s ballads and New Orleans rhythm and blues. The band has been together 18 years and has played many venues, from the Redwood Coast Music Festival and Blues by the Bay, to the Eureka Elks Lodge and Mad River Brewery. They have recorded two albums, one a live one end the other a studio record of all original songs. The members are Paul DeMark, drums, vocals; Steve Irwin, guitars, vocals; and Ross Rowley, bass and vocals. The Garden opens at 10 a.m., the music begins at 1 o’clock. Bring your family, a picnic lunch and enjoy music in the Garden! Light refreshments will be available for purchase.
These concerts are held the first and third Sunday through August and are a wonderful opportunity to experience the Garden in a new way. Bring your family, a picnic lunch and lounge on the lawn and take in the sounds of local bands before touring the Garden or the Butterfly House.
This activity is FREE to HBG members, admission is $8 for non-members adults or $5 for seniors, students, & children over 6. Children under 6 and active military are free. PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you keep your four legged friends at home. Non-service dogs are not allowed in the Garden during specials events.
